We have a 7 Day returns policy. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your order , then we cannot accept a return.
To be eligible for a return; the item must be in it’s original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was sent. Any item that is not in it’s original condition, is damaged due to customer error, will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCEDURE: E-mail your proof of purchase to email@example.com together with details. All returns to be sent to 7 Durham Close, West Beach.
Once the garment has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. We do exchange items and will liaise regarding the replacement item. Courier costs will be at the cost of the buyer unless an exchange point is agreed. Unfortunately we do not do refunds.
No Returns on Sale Items.
There will be no option of a return if items have been specifically made for a customer.
Shipping costs are at the cost and liability of the customer.
EXCHANGES: We take great care in ensuring our product quality. Should a defect slip through, please notify us upon receipt of your goods (within 24 hours). We will send a replacement item and arrange for the return shipping at our cost.
Shipping time is generally 3 – 5 days. Shipping in South Africa only. You will be notified of your waybill no. for tracking.
